2. Purchase & Payment

• Purchases made directly from our website are subject to these Terms.
• Purchases made via third-party platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) are also governed by that platform’s terms (including returns, refunds, and offers).
• All prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Orders will be confirmed via email/SMS after successful payment.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• We offer standard shipping within India. Delivery timelines depend on location and logistics partners.
• Delays due to external factors (weather, courier delays, etc.) are not within our control.
• Tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched.

4. Returns & Refunds

For purchases made directly from Herbal Veda Care:

• Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery, only if the product seal is not opened.
• Opened products cannot be returned unless:
  • The product has expired or has an expiry date within 3 months of delivery
  • There is visible tampering or packaging damage at the time of receipt
  • The product received is incorrect or not as per order

Conditions for Return Approval:

• Customer must raise a return request with photos of the product and packaging
• Products must be unused and in original condition with outer packaging

Refunds:

• Upon successful inspection of the returned item, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original mode of payment.

Note: Purchases made on Amazon or other platforms are subject to their refund/return policies. We do not process refunds for such orders directly.

5. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
• In case of payment failure or fraud suspicion, the order will be automatically canceled, and a refund will be issued (if applicable).
